Krisztina Sztoján is a key member of the Dispute Resolution Practice Group. She has participated in a number of major damages and warranty lawsuits, and also actively assists the work of the office in arbitration proceedings. Krisztina is also involved in a landmark case relating to competition law damages based on a decision of the European Commission, which covers more than twenty-five proceedings. She has also gained experience in administrative court proceedings, mainly in public procurement disputes and litigation against the National Media and Communications Authority.
Besides dispute resolution cases, Krisztina deals with intellectual property issues. She is the author of several publications in this field.
