Krisztina Sztoján is a key member of our dispute resolution team. She has represented clients in numerous high-value damages and warranty cases and plays an active role in the firm’s arbitration matters.
She is currently involved in a landmark case concerning competition law damages, based on a decision of the European Commission, which covers more than twenty-five proceedings.
Krisztina also provides legal representation in administrative court proceedings, primarily in public procurement disputes.
Her core expertise lies in litigation involving high-value construction disputes, as well as in proceedings related to the liability of managing directors and company owners in the context of insolvency.
In addition to her dispute resolution work, Krisztina also advises on intellectual property matters and is the author of several publications in this field.
