Katalin Grósz is an expert across the legal areas connected to the energy industry. Within this field she has significant experience in matters concerning energy law, commercial law, competition law, real estate law, mergers and acquisitions and environment protection law. In addition to these she also deals with financing and restructuring issues concerning real estate investments and is an experienced legal representative in both litigation and arbitration proceedings.

 

Her legal expertise further expands across labour & employment law, with a particular focus on employment litigation covering breaches of contract, damages claims and other labour disputes.

 

She is fluent in English, German and French.
