Gábor Faludi is a senior member of the firm’s IP practice group. He mainly provides legal services in copyright, industrial property and civil law matters. He teaches these areas as associate professor at the Civil Law Department of Eötvös Loránd University, Faculty of Law. He has been teaching for decades.
His expertise in copyright law is well recognised among Hungarian and foreign lawyers. He is chairman of the Copyright Expert Board attached to the Hungarian Intellectual Property Office and his list of influential publications is long. Gábor’s new research area is the data economy (the property turnover of data), as well as the copyright aspects of the platform economy and artificial intelligence.
He is fluent in English and German.
