In 2023 Szecskay Attorneys at Law was the proud winner of the Managing IP EMEA Award, Hungary.
The firm has been shortlisted again for the prestigious award in 2024. Managing IP states that “Awards are presented to firms, individuals and companies behind the most innovative and challenging IP work of the past year, as well as those driving the international IP market.”
Szecskay Attorneys at Law is proud to be nominated in a strong and competitive field of IP-focused law firms in Hungary. Since the foundation of the firm a core practice areas has been intellectual property law.
Furthermore, Gusztáv Bacher, head of the firm’s IP team, is shortlisted for the Practitioner of the Year Award. In the area of intellectual property, he has considerable experience in enforcement proceedings before HIPO and EUIPO, and in domain dispute resolutions. He is involved in licensing contracts, research contracts, R&D collaboration agreements and know-how transfer agreements, including agreements between the business sector and the academic sector.
