Szecskay Attorneys at Law Advises NETS Denmark A/S

Szecskay Attorneys at Law provided comprehensive legal advice to NETS Denmark A/S in relation to the development, implementation and maintenance of an instant clearing system for GIRO Zrt., the Hungarian national money transaction clearing house. The tasks included negotiating the project documents. The implementation and maintenance of such an instant clearing system allows GIRO Zrt. to provide instant payments capabilities to all bank users in Hungary, thereby reforming the Hungarian payment system landscape. Szecskay’s team consisted of Judit Szórádi and Gusztáv Bacher.
