The LawFirm Network has published a Global Employment Law Fact Sheet 2023 including a chapter on Hungary provided by member firm Szecskay Attorneys at Law.
The fact sheet offers an expert overview of the employment system in 20 countries from around the world. The Hungary chapter was written by Zoltán Balázs Kovács, head of employment law at Szecskay Attorneys at Law. It covers different aspects of Hungarian employment law concerning annual leave, payment during illness, probation period and other areas that employers must be aware of.
