The International Bar Association has published their 13th annual global report about ‘National Regulatory Trends in Human Resources Law’, prepared by the IBA Global Employment Institute. Lawyers from 53 countries were asked to participate in the guide, contributing with the knowledge of trends and recent changes compared to previous years in their jurisdictions relating to employment, industrial relations, discrimination and immigration law.
Zoltán Balázs Kovács, head of Szecskay’s Employment Law team, and Martina Pataki contributed to the guide with the latest Hungary-related developments and experience.
