The International Bar Association (IBA) will introduce their brand-new Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) Toolkit at the upcoming IBA annual conference in Paris. Anikó Keller who was part of the IBA D&I working group will participate in the official launch session on October 31.
The toolkit was developed to provide law firms with an action plan to embed and profit from D&I principles in their organizations. Not only do clients increasingly demand diversity from their law firms but it can also build a strong and diverse community within the firms.
The work group consisted of the members of the IBA European Regional Forum, among them Anikó Keller. The work group is looking forward to welcoming everyone interested in the topic at the launch event, including roundtable discussions.
