János Vajda will participate in an online event on ‘Persuasion and Psychology of Witness Evidence’ on 11 April, organized by the highly respectable German Arbitration Institute (Deutsche Institution für Schiedsgerichtsbarkeit (DIS)).
János Vajda and an international group of experts will discuss the complex interplay between the psychology of witnesses and arbitrators and the perceived persuasiveness of witness evidence. János will provide the legal psychologist perspective in the panel discussion.
