As a member of the International Bar Association European Regional Forum Aniko Keller has been promoted to Vice Chair of the ERF D&I Working Group. She was appointed in her new role as of January 1, 2025 for a 2-year term. The work group which is led by Alessia Oddone Wales (CastaldiPartners) as Chair aims to promote diversity and inclusion in law firms.
“Being appointed as vice chair of the Diversity & Inclusion working group is a privilege. Our challenge is to help law firms thrive through an inclusive culture. We are here to lead conversations, to support, and to encourage. I look forward to working alongside Alessia and the entire work group” Anikó Keller says.
She was already a member of the IBA D&I working group which introduced a Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) Toolkit in 2023. The toolkit was developed to provide law firms with an action plan to embed and profit from D&I principles in their organizations.
