Our Story
For almost 35 years, closely connected to the development of the Hungarian market economy, our firm has grown with the market and business demands of our clients. We not only stand by their side but support them in paving the way to legally feasible business solutions in untested new legal environments.
We were among the first independent local firms helping foreigners in privatizations, in corporate finance like bond issues and IPOs. We represented major players in landmark international litigation and arbitration cases that nobody else dared to touch and we were sought after in high profile IP and competition matters.
We see our latest task in assisting our clients in navigating compliance with the legally relevant growing sustainability requirements. We also embrace and advocate the use AI, with due care and human control.

We make our voice heard in the interest of the rule of law. We are very conscious about the social responsibilities that fall upon us as privately practising lawyers. We are heavily engaged and well-represented in international networks like IBA and UIA that serve to promote the rule of law, human rights and the fundamental principles of democracy.
We also professionally help the public advocacy of various industry groups and foreign investors via international chambers where we are members. This includes commenting on draft bills and formulating industry position papers to improve the legislative framework for the growth of businesses in Hungary and the overall economic competitiveness of Hungary.
Moreover, we support a number of NGO’s, charities and cultural societies, including the SOS Children’s village, Budapest Festival Orchestra, Liszt Ferenc Academy of Music, Bozsó Foundation, SOS Foundation for Children with Leukemia and Autistic Art.
