The International Bar Association (IBA) Law Firm Management Committee has launched the Best Practice Playbook interview series bringing together IBA members to share experiences, practical insights and best practices on the management of law firms.
The project provides a platform for IBA members, law firm managing partners, and founding partners of small and medium-sized law firms to exchange ideas and practical solutions. The series covers a wide range of topics, from building international professional relationships and developing future leaders to navigating geopolitical challenges, legal technology, talent management and financial pressures.
Judit Budai, Senior Partner and Co-managing Partner of Szecskay Attorneys at Law, is currently Chair of the Small and Medium Law Firm Subcommittee of the IBA Law Firm Management Committee. As part of the project, Judit has hosted interviews with fellow IBA members and law firm leaders from the international community.
